Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to the website at pashalabs.dev and to correspondence sent to Pasha Labs LLC by electronic mail. It does not apply to any third-party website that may be linked from this site, nor to information governed by a separate written agreement between Pasha Labs LLC and a client.
Information You Provide
The Site contains no registration facility, no contact form, no newsletter subscription, and no payment mechanism. Accordingly, Pasha Labs LLC does not collect personal information through the Site itself.
Where a person elects to send electronic mail to the address published on the Site, that correspondence will contain such information as the sender chooses to include, which will ordinarily comprise the sender's electronic mail address, name, and the substance of the enquiry.
Information Collected Automatically
As is the case with the operation of any website, certain technical information is recorded by the infrastructure that delivers the Site. This information may include:
- Internet Protocol address;
- browser type and version, and operating system;
- date and time of the request, and the resource requested;
- referring address, where one is transmitted by the browser.
This information is generated as an ordinary incident of delivering web content and is not used to construct a profile of any individual visitor.
Third-Party Service Providers
Two third parties are engaged in the delivery of the Site and will receive the technical information described in Section 3 as a necessary consequence of that delivery.
Hosting
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare, Inc. maintains server logs in accordance with its own retention practices and privacy policy.
Typefaces
The Site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. A request is therefore made from the visitor's browser to servers operated by Google LLC, and that request discloses the visitor's Internet Protocol address to Google. A visitor who prefers that this request not be made may block the domains fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com; the Site remains fully legible in a substituted system typeface.
Purposes of Processing
Information is used only for the following purposes:
- to deliver the Site and maintain its security and availability;
- to read, consider, and respond to correspondence;
- to maintain records of business enquiries and engagements;
- to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
Information is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not licensed to any third party.
Legal Bases
Where the General Data Protection Regulation or the United Kingdom GDPR applies, processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, namely the operation of a business website and the conduct of correspondence with those who initiate it, and where applicable on the basis of steps taken at the request of a data subject prior to entering a contract.
Disclosure
Personal information is not disclosed to third parties except where disclosure is required by law, by a court of competent jurisdiction, or by a governmental authority acting within its powers, or where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for so long as it remains relevant to the matter to which it relates, and thereafter for such period as is required to satisfy legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Technical logs are retained by the hosting provider under its own schedule and are not separately archived by Pasha Labs LLC.
Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Correspondence is held in a mailbox protected by multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and no absolute guarantee of security is given.
Rights of Individuals
Subject to applicable law, an individual may request access to the personal information held about them, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, object to processing, or request that information be provided in a portable format.
Requests should be addressed to [email protected] and will be answered within the period prescribed by applicable law. No fee is charged, and no person will be treated less favourably for having exercised a right.
Texas Residents
Residents of Texas have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability, and the right to appeal a refusal of any such request. Pasha Labs LLC does not sell personal data and does not process personal data for targeted advertising or profiling. Appeals may be submitted to the address in Section 16.
Visitors Outside the United States
Pasha Labs LLC operates in the United States, and the infrastructure described in Section 5 may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions. A visitor accessing the Site from outside the United States does so on that understanding.
Children
The Site is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. Pasha Labs LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from any person under the age of thirteen. Should such information come to its attention, it will be deleted.
Amendment
This Policy may be amended from time to time. The effective date shown at the head of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Prior versions are not maintained in a public archive.
